Similar to the beloved Franklin Fall Festival, numerous blocks of our downtown historic district will be closed from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. to showcase local businesses, crafters, food vendors, artists, educational exhibits, entertainment, and more! Join us on Thursday, October 26th for an evening of safe Halloween festivities! ~ 5-6pm: Trick or Treat with our Downtown Businesses ~ 6-7pm: Pumpkin painting at Franklin's Market on Main pavilion ~ 7-9:30pm: Movie night in the park at Barrett's Landing! Bring your blankets and chairs to enjoy a beautiful fall evening watching a Halloween movie!
